Turnkey mobile shower deployments
Beardly Outdoor Operations (BOO π») brings eight private showers to your event in a coordinated deployment, currently arranged four per side. Each station includes changing space, lighting, and hot water, using Joolca shower and ensuite equipment throughout.
Beardly Ops handles setup, shower equipment, power, propane, water logistics, onsite supervision, cleaning, and teardown. Fresh-water supply and gray-water collection, transfer, transport, and approved disposal are planned as part of the complete service.
Where suitable venue utilities are available, we use them. Where they arenβt, we bring the dedicated systems needed to support the agreed event plan.
Water handled as part of the operation
Used shower water is collected through the Joolca floor base and Beardly Opsβ purple secondary containment system. A transfer pump then moves it to dedicated gray-water storage or an approved disposal point.
The current system can move up to 300 gallons of fresh water or gray water at a time, using dedicated systems for each. Water supply, storage, transfer, transport, and disposal are coordinated around the venueβs access, available utilities, location, and contract requirements.
Operating capacity
The current eight-shower deployment supports approximately 64 showers per hour.*
A BOO π» crew member supervises operations throughout open shower hours, and each shower bay is sprayed with disinfectant after every use.
*Estimated throughput is based on an average of approximately 7.5 minutes per user across 2,126 showers completed from May through August 2026. Actual throughput varies by user, event, venue, and site conditions.
